SNEAK PEEK

I've been working on illustrations for a new book project. Nothing in the final stages yet but it's great to have them underway. I haven't counted the illustrations I have planned yet but maybe it's enough to say at this stage that this project is HEAVILY illustrated, with some really cool material. The project is set for publication later this year.

There's some work on a couple of deck switches, that I've just begun illustrating...

SECOND DEAL

In one section I've opted for a familiar back design, to help describe scale, especially in the close-ups which are 4-5 times closer than the one shown here. The design on the cooler illustration above will likely have a different custom back design for the project. But in the "seconds" section, the CLOSE close-ups maen that the diamonds on the back design become quite important in describing positions exactly. The section is extensively illustrated and covers a pretty detailed analysis of a couple variations, and some previously unpublished stuff that I am very excited about.
